Goa's Director General of Police Muktesh Chander has made an appeal to people to boycott Karan Johar's latest film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' for allegedly insulting legendary playback singer Mohammad Rafi. Chander was upset over the dialogue in the movie which allegedly equates Rafi's singing to crying.Read more:
